Are you a College Student? Need help balancing social and work life?

Nyeerah Britt a sophomore at Penn State Harrisburg finds her solution to balancing her teenage life and school life.

Nyeerah Britt born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the first in her family to attend college.

Her dream is to become a journalist and she started taking steps towards that by creating her own blog this fall semester.
Knowing that she has a great head on her shoulder, I just had to ask "who is your inspiration?" The room got quiet and Nyeerah takes slow and deep breathes.
" I love my mom. Nyeerah said. Nyeerah's mother is her inspiration. Her mother being a single parent and being a dedicated mother and putting her dreams aside to give her daughter a better life always stuck with Nyeerah.
Being a college student and managing a teenage life can be extremely stressful and without the right motivation a person can get themselves in the wrong situations. So how does Nyeerah do it?
" Being a teenager is definitely hard" Nyeerah said.
So when asked the big question, how do you manage college and teenage life her explanation was simple. She studies during her breaks and does her homework whenever she has free time so she is free at night to speak to her boyfriend.
She manages her money by buying what she needs before what she wants. Even though she loves shopping.
As for partying and going out she saves those activities for the weekend so she doesn't get distracted.
"Anybody can do it, it takes dedication and hard work but everyone has it in them" Nyeerah said.
