Wade Davis gives a speech at Penn State Harrisburg letting everyone know how inclusions and diversity is his key to success.
In 2012, Wade Davis former nfl player came out openly admitting he is gay.

Wade Davis realized he was first gay when he found an attraction to a boy his 10th grade year in high school; "oh that boy is so cute."
Realizing his attraction to the other boys he lashed out and became a bully.
"I don't believe in safe spaces" Davis said.
Wade Davis is an advocate on the LGBT community and he explains that when he has the "uncomfortable" conversations with NFL players he thinks everyone should be uncomfortable in order to grow as a person and appreciate the diversity within the room.
He understood that there was no way he would be 100 percent accepted in society because no one is; Its either you're too short, too tall or too heavy or too small" Davis said.
He explains that people often try to change other people's opinions or values instead of understanding why they think that way. That's when his mindset drifted to inclusions.
When he have conversations with individuals, several people would tell him; " I don't believe in that gay shit." Although, he doesn't agree with that opinion, he always responds with; Tell me more.
He chooses to respond that way to get the person to explain their reasoning. Once the person explains their reasoning.
Wade Davis tries to connect with their reasoning rather than their comment; "If you're trying to win a debate, you're not trying to connect, your goal is to win" Davis said.
Ultimately, Wade Davis is now a proud gay man that realizes how diversity and inclusions is the key to success and he chooses to share his secrets with everyone, so people can learn a thing or two.
"Stop thinking you're good, stop thinking you're bad. Know that you are human" Wade Davis said.
